One of them is table tennis, which you can play with family members or friends to add fun and laughter to your day. There are two table tennis tables in our facilities, so while you are having fun with your friends, your children can enjoy playing among themselves.
Watersports
Our guests are having incredible fun on the seas with our experienced Water Sports team at the Liberty Lykia. You will have a great time on a variety of activities ranging from Jet skiing to Fly-boarding, Rhino Boat Safari and James Bond Safari.
Paragliding
When you mention Para-gliding, the first place that comes to mind is the the pearl of the universe that is widely known as Ölüdeniz. The most suitable location where you can experience the feeling of being as free as a bird is the Babadağ mountains (1979 m 6550 ft). This natural wonder is a piece of paradise just 3 km away from the launch site on the mountains summit. The Liberty Lykia has over 20 years of Para-gliding experience and our professional team has successfully completed 100.000 flights.
After departing from the Liberty Lykia with the Escape Paragliding organisation, our journey takes us through mature cedar trees. Around forty minutes into the journey, we reach the launch site where we proceed to prepare our guests by taking them through the necessary health & safety porceedures and checks before they take off. After taking 6-7 running steps, this enables the parachute to become aerated, and as your feet leave the ground, the magic begins to happen.
During the mesmerising flight you will enjoy a breathtaking birds eye view of the spellbinding beauty and charm of the world famous Blue Lagoon, Oludeniz resort, Kumburnu, Fethiye town, Butterfly Valley, Rhodes, Patara Beach, Gemiler Cove and the 12 islands. After witnessing the stunning views, we begin making our descend down on to the Liberty Lykia’s very own landing runway, which is the only one of it’s kind in the world.
Arts & Crafts Work Shop
Under the supervision of experienced instructors, guests of all ages can enjoy creative arts and crafts workshops. Special activity groups for children—including rhythm, music, art, skill-building, and cooking workshops—provide the perfect environment for your little ones to learn, socialize, and grow. Meanwhile, you can relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy your holiday, or join adult-focused workshops to discover the artist within you.
Mini Golf
The Liberty Lykia’s 16 hole mini-golf course is a central attraction for all guests aged 3 and above. This is a payable activity (fee includes clubs etc) located in a delightful area opposite the Kid’s Paradise Park.
Historical Lycian Way
The proximity of the Liberty Lykia Hotel to the historic Lycian Way is an inviting offer for nature walks on this 535-kilometer-long path. An excursion where you can feel the atmosphere of the ancient Lycian civilization or a quiet nature walk will be one of the most unforgettable moments of your vacation. Enjoy an exquisite walk along the Lycian Way to encounter the beauty of the Aegean landscapes and the enchanting bays of the Mediterranean. Starting from Fethiye, you can witness many historical and ancient sites and modern settlements along the way. Sdyma, Pyndai, Phellos, Apelia, Theimussa, Letoon, Xanthos, Patara, Antiphellos, Apollonia, Idyros, Simena, Myra, Limyra, Gagae, Olympos, Sura, Belos and Phaselis, to name a few.
Lycian Way Adventure
The Lycian Way walk is organized by Liberty Lykia once a week, depending on weather conditions, in April- May and September- October.
The 6 km track, which starts from Ovacik and extends to Faralya, rises above sea level and ends at an average of 850 m. While walking along the way, accompanied by unique natural views, unforgettable photography moments are captured with a short visit to the Butterfly Valley at the end of the track.
