Charles Marshall has been part of the hotel industry for over 40 years. His years of experience have included not only his ownership of several various franchise type properties, but also the negotiating and supervision of management and consulting contracts for such institutions as First Nationwide bank, F.S.B., Citicorp, Marathon U.S. Realities, Inc., The John Buck Company and Creamer Reality. Prior to forming his company in 1980, Chuck served in general management positions with Golden Ox Restaurants; Ramada, Holiday, and Sheraton Inns ranging from 107 unit roadside properties to 250 plus unit high-rise resort hotels; and Ocean Pines, a planned living community. Mr. Marshall has received numerous performance awards including the prestigious Sheraton "Manager of the Year" and the "Distinguished Achievement Award: presented by the International Franchise Association. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.

Michael Marshall has a varied background including general manager positions with Comfort Inns, Holiday Inns, and Sheraton Inns along the East Coast and the Midwest. Growing up in the business, he has over 24 years of industry experience. In addition to his supervision of hotel operations, Mr. Marshall fulfills the need of a company director of new property and contract development. He has been responsible for the implementation of all renovations for hotel properties. Mr. Marshall received his BA degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA and completed the Advanced Management Program at Cornell University. He is a member of the Cornell Society of Hotelmen.
